Edit: I FORGOT THE FRECKLES! 
I used a base!
and suffered... i barely put any time or effort on the clothes because i was too occupied with the eyes and the hair bits. im actually really happy with the eyes.
The eyes were easier because it was only from gray to white, whilst the hair bits were from blue to pink and ive never done that before so....
